1. Controller
The data controller is Interex Katowice Mariusz Czapnik, ul. Strzelcow Bytomskich 8, 40-310 Katowice, Poland.
2. Purpose of processing
Data is processed to allow authorized Interex staff to connect a TikTok account, prepare original Interex video materials, publish them to TikTok and diagnose publication status.
3. Data processed by the application

4. TikTok data use
Interex Social Publisher uses TikTok for Developers capabilities only to support the authorized publishing workflow. The application does not sell TikTok data, does not profile public users and does not use TikTok data for advertising resale.
5. Data sharing
Data may be exchanged with TikTok only as required for authorization, upload, publishing and status handling. Interex may also use technical hosting, IT support or email providers where necessary for secure operation. Data is not sold to third parties.
6. Retention
Operational logs and publication records are kept only as long as needed for service, audit, security and legal purposes. OAuth access can be revoked by disconnecting the app in TikTok or by contacting Interex Katowice.
7. Security
Access is limited to authorized personnel. Credentials and tokens are stored and handled only for application operation and are not exposed publicly.
