These Terms apply to Interex Social Publisher, an internal desktop/web tool used by authorized Interex Katowice staff to prepare and publish original Interex service videos to TikTok after user authorization.

1. Operator

The application is operated by Interex Katowice Mariusz Czapnik, ul. Strzelcow Bytomskich 8, 40-310 Katowice, Poland.

2. Authorized use

The application may be used only by authorized Interex staff or contractors acting on behalf of Interex Katowice. It is not a public consumer platform.

3. TikTok authorization

The user must authorize the application through TikTok OAuth before any TikTok publishing function is used. The user may revoke access in TikTok account settings or by contacting Interex Katowice.

4. Publishing rules

Only original Interex-owned or Interex-authorized service, installation and technical videos may be submitted.
The user is responsible for checking title, description, hashtags and publication settings before confirming publication.
The application must not be used to upload unlawful, misleading, infringing or unauthorized content.
All use must comply with TikTok terms, developer policies and applicable law.

5. Availability and diagnostics

The application may display diagnostic messages returned by TikTok or internal systems. Interex Katowice may suspend access for maintenance, security or compliance reasons.

6. No resale of access

Access to the application and TikTok developer capabilities may not be sold, transferred or sublicensed to third parties.

7. Changes

Interex Katowice may update these Terms when the app, TikTok integration, operational process or legal requirements change.
